A Denmark-based fintech company, looking for human capital, compensation & payrolling, business entity set-up and infrastructure support. InsourceIndia drafted a recruitment action plan after conducting a market map, hiring strategy, interview scheduling, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer letter creation. Since the Entity wasn’t registered as the client was from Denmark yet we have successfully completed the entity registration for our client. InsourceIndia took the ownership of the payroll for all their employees and all the Statutory Compliances such as TDS/PF/ESI and helped them liaise with accounts & audit partners in India.
